Membership
Our field of membership is
comprised of over 160 local companies. All employees, their relatives, and all
retirees from our field of membership are eligible
to join our Credit Union. Since we use the slogan "Once a Member... Always a member",
anyone leaving our field of membership in good standing may continue to participate.

What is a Credit Union?
A Credit Union is a Cooperative Savings and Loan Association. It is owned
and operated by its members. It is a non-profit corporation.

To promote thrift among its members and to provide the best services for members

Who is eligible for
membership in the Credit Union?
All employees and their relatives from the various groups under our field
of membership. Also, all employees leaving in good standing with the Credit
Union may continue participating indefinitely.
How does the Credit
Union benefit you?
Savings
The Credit Union provides for weekly payroll deduction which is truly
a painless method of savings and an excellent habit to develop. The reward
for savings is paid in the form of dividends. Savings are insured on death
on accounts with $2,000 at no cost to members. Your savings are surrounded
by many safeguards and by Act of Congress each member's savings are insured
to the full legal limit by the Administrator of the National Credit
Union Administration.
Loan
Weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payroll deduction or ACH is
also utilized to repay loans. A member can save while paying on a loan
if he/she so illustrates this fact when signing an allocation card.
How is your Money
Protected by your Credit Union?
The Manager, all Officials, and the Office Personnel are bonded by a $1,250,000
Surety Bond. Federal Examiners thoroughly examine your Credit Union approximately
once a year. A Local CPA is hired annually to audit the Books of the Credit
Union. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the policing agent of
the funds of your Credit Union.
